Safe and quiet condo community on the side of a wind-swept GORGEOUS mountain within the charming and caring town of Seven Devils, just on the outskirts of Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian State University, and more. The town takes excellent care of its community members and goes above and beyond during the snow-filled winter season with the roads and general maintenance. We chose this area because it is so safe, well lit, quiet with the beautiful hum of nature, lovely overlooks of Grandfather Mountain, close to skiing, adventure, hiking and more....yet also a peaceful spot to relax and breathe in the calming mountain air.

It's that moment when you arrive, take a deep breath, and realize that there is nowhere else you'd rather be. Surrounded by the beauty of Seven Devils, the gentle mountain breeze, and the ever-changing clouds drifting across the sky, we discovered something unexpected - a place that invited us to slow down. To rest. To heal. To reconnect with ourselves and the people we love. Instead of rushing to what's next, we found ourselves saying, "Let's Stay." Stay a little longer on the deck with your morning coffee. Stay for one more sunset. Stay for the conversations and the laughter and the shared quiet. Stay present. The inspiration for our home is reflected in a landscape painting that holds deep meaning for us. It portrays a peaceful foreground with storm clouds gathering in the distance. While life will always bring challenges beyond the horizon, we are reminded that peace can still exist in the present moment. We can choose to rest, regroup, and to stand true to our centered selves. Other Details to Note

Important Notes: Stairs required to access the condo. Ring doorbell camera at front door’s entrance. No pets allowed. 4WD/AWD required in winter. There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Quiet hours are strictly enforced via noise-monitoring technology to ensure a peaceful neighborhood.

4WD or AWD required in winter. Snow chains or tires may also help with access. The Town of Seven Devils scrapes the roads regularly to ensure access, but the flashing light at the bottom means extra traction necessary to climb the mountain.
